Our real estate experience also includes residential and commercial leasing, landlord/tenant issues, CC&Rs, easements, title, land use, and inverse condemnation.

Shideh N. Balali, Esq.
Shideh Balali, principle at Balali & Associates PC, is experienced in legal matters related to real estate, employment, business, lawsuits, and personal injury.
With Ms. Balali, every client is represented by a lawyer who understands real world challenges and the personal impact of the legal matters they face. She personalizes and tailors her approach to every client's needs.
A graduate from Trinity Law school and the University of California, Davis, Ms. Balali works with the National Association of Women in Real Estate Business as an advocate and in strategic development. She is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Iranian American Bar Association and part of the State Bar of California Real Property Law Section. Ms. Balali has been active with the City of Huntington Beach sitting on the Human Relations Task Force committee. In her spare time, Ms. Balali is a volunteer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
Ms. Balali is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mark Balali, Esq.
Mark Balali earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles. Mr. Balali works aggressively and zealously for all his clients. Mr. Balali does not rest until he receives the compensation client's and their families deserve.
